Does my employee really receive the full salary I pay?

Yes. We are big on transparency and demonstrating to you exactly where your money goes. You will have full oversight form the beginning. And what you pay your team member, goes directly to them.

What roles can I outsource?

Outsourcing is no longer 'just a VA'. you can gain access to highly qualified staff with industry expertise. Accountants, Engineers, Estimators, HR and Compliance. We recruit for the specialised talent that you need.

Can I switch from Beyond to Vital later?

Absolutely. If you feel like you're set up with your team member and you need us less - no problem! We will take a backwards step and as a result, simply charge you less. We're still managing things in the back end to keep you compliant.

Is there a lock-in contract?

It's important to us that you're committed to setting your team member up for success. We have a 3-month minimum commitment. After this we have a 30 days' notice period at any given time. No long-term lock in contracts.
