You may have noticed… we’ve had a bit of a glow up. A new name. A sharper brand. The same people first purpose.

We’re stepping confidently into our next chapter as Offshore Talent. Our rebrand is an alignment with who we are, what we do best, and how we help businesses scale with brilliant offshore teams.

So, what does it all mean? We sat down with our Chief Growth Officer, Ben Shipley, to unpack the why, the what, and the what’s next. Spoiler: there’s no corporate fluff here. just straight-up insight, some good analogies (yes, Baked Beans references), and a whole lot of passion for people and simplicity.

 

Why the Decision to Rebrand from Trust The Process to Offshore Talent?

Well, we felt like Trust The Process was the world's best kept secret and whilst it has been both our name as well as a core value of our business it didn't exactly scream from the rooftops what it is that we fundamentally do. Whereas Offshore Talent is what I would call a Baked Beans brand… It tells you what's inside the tin.

We also have a couple of distinct businesses that we had under one banner and so our Digital Transformations business where we help clients develop their use of AI, CRM and Marketing Automation as well as execute digital marketing strategies like SEO and Ads and so this business will maintain the Trust The Process name as “Trust The Process Digital”.

What Does "Offshore Talent" Represent for the Company Moving Forward?

The new name, "Offshore Talent," is a powerful representation of our sharpened focus and core philosophy moving forward. It signifies:

  1. Our Core Product: We are laser focussed on connecting clients with the best talent the Philippines has to offer. The name itself becomes our clear value proposition. At the end of the day when you ignore all the bells and whistles it is all about the Talent.

We believe humans are a fundamental part of business and while technology should enable us its the human connection that makes it all worth while.
